Great facility and great staff. Fit right in with everyone, couldn't have asked for a better experience. Would recommend to family and friends!

As a professional DHCS Licensing and Joint Commission Accreditation consultant in the behavioral health industry, I've had the pleasure of working with Dr. Fewsmith and Jill Boultinghouse, leadership of this organization. They proudly represent the values and mission of their treatment program, which is to raise standards of care in our industry including accountability to personal and professional Ethics, Trust, Honesty, Client-Centeredness, and qualified professional clinical services. Unfortunately, after a couple of years and a few inquires, I've received no updates on progress at Pacific Solstice nor have I reviewed client testimonials on Google. Most of my clients keep in touch on a regular basis, which keeps them active on my referral list. To be fair to Google reviewers, the initial five-star rating was based on my internal knowledge of the company while consulting for them. The rehab industry is a rapidly changing business. Without an update, I'm inclined to lower my rating until I learn more about the Pacific Solstice of today.

As a professional quality improvement consultant in the addiction treatment industry, I've had the pleasure of working with Dr. My business, Quality Rehab Resources, has consulted to several treatment centers, and what is most apparent and impressive about Pacific Solstice is the qualifications and experience of their staff. Many treatment facilities only "advertise" they are staffed with "Licensed" professionals, Pacific Solstice is not only staffed with Board-Certified Psychiatrists and Licensed Mental Health Professionals, all experts in Evidence Based Practices, but owned and managed by professional clinicians. Their clients are seen by Doctorate and Master's level therapists daily. In other words, they are not in the business to profit, which only reduces the quality of clinical care. The qualifying observation is their long-term dedication to their non-profit business, Strength in Support. The same clinicians also provide, at no cost, mental health services and family support to our veterans suffering from PTSD, anxiety, and depression. With over 16 years in the addiction treatment industry, my professional opinion of Pacific Solstice? When conducting outcomes studies that include effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction, a key quality measure that most consumers want to know is would one recommend a family member or friend to this organization for care? The answer is YES. I continue to consult to Pacific Solstice in their pursuit to acquire CARF accreditation. One of my business goals is to educate the consumer, the families in distraught and panic about navigating through hundreds of high-dollar marketing campaigns to find trustworthy healthcare professionals and services that will truly care for their loved ones. Reviews like this are but one of many approaches. I strongly encourage all persons that have had positive or negative experiences in treatment to share with others. This is a billion dollar industry. Addiction is potentially fatal and you may only have one chance to select the right services.
