Timothy Tuttle came highly recommended to me by a colleague who has used his services for over a decade. I chose his firm because they are ethical while being strategic in helping you build your business . He has even told me what I can do myself in order to save money. He has the best interests of his clients in mind and stays on top of the latest rule changes. Tim is friendly and takes time to get to know you and your business. Promises are kept and things get done promptly. His staff is courteous and professional. I'm lucky he took me on as a client!

The Chapters Capistrano rehab facility has given me positive experience. The employees truly do care for their patients. During my time, I felt as though I was treated as a priority. When I addressed my needs they were met without hesitation or question. The staff empathized with my situation and gave me a warm welcome when I arrived. The center went above and beyond in their service to ensure my time here was both enjoyable and effective.

I wasn’t in the best condition – or in any position – to pick and choose when I entered Chapters Capistrano, but I think I’m lucky I did. They treated me well during detox, which was less painful than past experience led me to hope. They made sure I took therapy and got exercise, but allowed me privacy when I needed it and respected my wishes. I don’t think I truly appreciated the scenery or facilities until late in my stay, but I think they helped me recover anyway. I hope I never need rehab again – and the relapse prevention program gives me hope that I won’t, that I know better how to cope – but if I do, I hope it’s somewhere at least as kind and helpful as Chapters.

Chapters Capistrano has helped me get a handle on my drinking problem. I’ve been struggling with alcoholism for a couple of years. I’m a small business owner, so I’ve been hesitant to try an inpatient program. I’m called on every day to run my company. Taking time off to get some kind of treatment was not an option. But at this rehab place, they let me use my cell, iPad, and laptop to keep tabs on my business. I felt that the people there were more understanding of my underlying issues with addiction and other personal problems. I did go through a stressful detox, but I am grateful I didn’t have to do it alone. The doctors and staff were very accommodating. Overall, my experience was good. The only issue was with their WiFi going in and out. Otherwise I would probably recommend Chapters Capistrano to anyone. The treatment plan they drew up for me helped me a lot.

He was able to come to this amazing rehab, Chapters really helped him get his life on track...I'm waiting to get insurance at the new year and I'm coming here for sure. im so happy they helped my bf, addiction is the worst disease in the world. I cant wait to get insurance so I can come here.

When I started calling places the number one thing I wanted was a comfortable detox and my own room. When I called Chapters they didn't sell or push too hard. They listened and told me to call them when I was ready. Upon getting to chapters I really liked the ocean view and therapy sessions with Deborah, I really like her a lot. The staff I give a 9 out of 10. I was really bad off prior to arriving and was hopeless. The encouragement and the individualized care was what changed me. The staff were very encouraging and understanding. I ending up staying for 4 months and am sober today (which I never thought was possible). The other clients were like no other place I've been to, they all were mature, focused and determined. I don't know how they make that happen but it certainly helped. It is more of a family and less of a facility setting which makes it more comfertable and enjoyable. The food is excellent I really enjoyed the surf and turf.

I called many places prior to calling Chapters. I was at the end of my rope and finally I reached someone who understood. I was looking for a non 12 step facility that wouldn’t brand me as an alcohol or drug addict. I wanted a comfortable detox and a solution to the chronic pain I had (which lead to me abusing pain pills). I was happy to find that Chapters was able to deliver those things and some. The detox was comfortable, I had my own room, the doctor spend a few hours with me getting my history and discussing our plan, the nurses were great in making me feel alright. The therapy was great I felt really comfortable sharing my full life story and processing my PTSD. The aftercare plan that I worked on with my treatment team has worked so far… I have 89 days without going back to pain pills and alcohol, my family life is getting better and my work life is more productive now that I have a clear head. The staff really care, I loved their stance of looking at me as a person and helping me become who I want to be and giving me the love, care and dignity I needed to overcome my difficulties. More importantly I'm not a prisoner to pills anymore.
